not acceptting facebook request

in the past i had few crushes, things didnt start between me and many girls.they gave me various signals like moving hands through hair ,giving a smile, talking to me .there are this three four girls /women who i flirted a little bit.
Now when i tried to add them on facebook but they didnt accept my friend request nor did they decline .i get their updates .
have they done it on purpose. they are marrried now .
one girl occasionaly flirts with me but hasn't added me to the facebook .i think she is faking that she is attrated to me she is a senior collegue in my company ,4 years senior to be precise . probably the company officials is looking for some misconduct on my side so that thay can fire me .

i tried to contact the other girl by email .but she replied that she doesnt know me . i didnt ask her for her email i accidently got it from her friend.
