How to flirt with girls

Guys, Is there an ultimate rule in flirting? When can we say it's time to flirt and not?

I would say you're always allowed to flirt, but beware of the consequences.

eg1: Unless you're really into the girl and you think she's worth it, don't flirt with her when her bf is around.
eg2: Do not touch her at all if the girl is your friend's gf.

Heck, I've had a girl that was into me where she was flirting with me infront of the girl I was on a date with when I included her boyfriend in the scene! The only reason I didn't flirt back much was because the guy is my friend.

But otherwise, I don't see why you shouldn't flirt. Flirting is fun.

Indeed, you can flirt all you want. It's a creative way of communicating. For me, flirting is like playing a game. It's like "come and get me thing". If you respond to flirting, see to it that there are no problems ahead like the girl's bf. Make sure there are no bad consequences.In addition, flirting is one way of expressing your sexuality.

I believe that flirting is a way of expressing your sexuality. If a girl is flirting on you, then flirt back.You can do this if there are no people that might get caught along the way like your with a girl then there's this other girl who's flirting on you. Be intelligent.

Some guys, even if they're not executing a canned routine, get distracted of what not's according to plan. Don't. But don't go empty-handed as well.
