phase shifting tips??

Ok so here's the thing... there's this girl I met and madeout with at a party awhile back but we were both drunk lol(just more then a month) and we've been out as friends a few times ie:battingcages she's n2 sports! Woot woot! And dinner. But the thing is is that I kinda always get caught up on moving foward I mean I know she wouldn't comeout with me if she didn't care! And I'm getting IOIs like laughing and she continues convos when I stop but I just need some tipss on how to go in for the Phase Shift to take it to that GF level! Any advise gents?

First i would work Kino with her and get to kiss her again. If your making out with a girl
regularly she is gonna start thinking about you as a boyfriend. Also try some forward projecting. IE making plans for the future together, some can be real, but most are gonna me crazy stupid like something wild yall are gonna do together, or something adventurous. Beyond that build trust, and honesty. That’s where all relationships are build off of.
