help! Questions to ask when my mind goes blank

Hey guys,

Most of the time when i'm talking to a girl, a friend or someone i'm trying to flirt with, i go blank and there's awkward silence. I have asked all the questions i could think of such as "how are you?" "what have you been up to?" those basic stuff, but after all those questions, i can't think of any more topics to talk about.

Are there any "opinion questions" or more interesting questions i can keep at the back of my mind when i go blank?

eg. "hey, i need to get your opinion on something. what do you think about long distance relationships cause my friend's girl is leaving the country"

- those things. it gets the flow of conversation going and more ideas come out. it makes the girl want to speak her mind

omg. ok looks like we have to start from the basics. Ok first things first. Talking is not an interview. You dont just say "how r u" "what do u do for work" blah blah blah. Come on man, lets say a girl did that to you, would you want to date her. HELL NO cause she is boring and doesnt know how to talk. even if you cant make it flow as well as people on here you can at least be different and rememorable. You can say stuff like "what kind of mischeif have u been up to" "what do you do.....not for work, for fun dork". But the best thing you can do is share stories and ask open ended question where she has to speak her mind. I have stories for everything under the sun, and if you have stories, put jokes in them. Look on youtube for succeed at dating dhv stories. he is a very good story teller. Next thing is just do things to get to know her, be able to touch her, and get her talking. Play the cube game, it allows you to be playful, use false disqualifiers, and tease her. and then you can do tons of stories and stuff like that. When you talk to a girl you want them to open up, get comfortable, speak their mind-- and then by you talking-- get her to remember you with positive memories and attraction.
So next time to talking to a girl even if a friend, try talking to them like your on a date, use the cube game, a ring routine or whatever. make it fun, make them remember you and ultimately build rapport, attraction, and Sexual Tension.

Just a note to what the others have said already: Every other guy other guy out there asks questions. Got to be different. Try somthing like whats the most adventours thing you have done recently, not only does her response qualify her to you, but it gets her talking. Then you can tell her about something adventerous you have done and then both of yall are invested in the conversation. BTW if you dont have any cool stories... make somthing up, or use someone elses stories, then get out there and do some crazy stuff and build some stories. As Mystery says, its not lying, its flirting.

exactly. some of my stories are complete lies but i made them up and as he said you should make sexual qualifications.
here sexual qualfications:
when a person thinks somewhat highly of you, and then shows or tells you about a behavior or personality trait then you show your appreciation for it (or qualify them), you are reinforcing that behavior or personality trait. Like if a really cool guy told you that you were really chill, you would begin to be chill around him all the time. Same idea for women but you want to use sexual qualifications like openness, spontaneity, nonjudgemental, independent and adventurous. the easiest way to use these is by telling stories that compell the women to share about herself. an example is something like "If you could go anywhere is the world right now, where would it be and why" then when she answers just say something like "wow thats really spontaneous of you, most people couldnt do something like that. thats awesome" then it qualfies her to be spontaneous around you all the time. But of course you say that after you tell a story about how one time you ended up taking money you had saved and just on the drop of a dime you left to somewhere like chile or mexico. Then just share a few things and ask her that question

there you go. so you need to immediately seperate yourself from all the other AFC's in her mind and be different. so go try doing some of these and just practice. you will get the hang of it

yeah, that's what i'm trying to keep in mind now - to be different and to be memorable to the other person. i think that's what i have to do. since i believe i'm just any other guy, i will try to build myself into someone they can really distinguish from others. all of your comments helped and i appreciate them. i will keep in mind everything you guys have said. thanks!

its all good...i have only been in the community for like four months but i think i am just kind of a natural cause i have learned so so much so quick...you will learn quickly and be just fine...good luck with the girl.

If you really want to learn you need to read, alot!

There are some great books out there that can really enhance what your trying to do. Try to get into some PUA reading and engrain this way of thought. You have to change the way you think. When you do that a new relm of options will open up.
