A girl tells you that you are hot.
A girl tells you you look hot in a picture.
A girl compliments your physique in any direct way.

Discuss.

I have problems responding to that kind of compliments. Sometimes I just shy aways or just laugh, or just nod.

Just say 'Thanks' - simples!!

tell her in a cocky funny way," I know it". or just say thanks< dont compliment her. thats a very common mistake.

just say thanks and move on to the next thing.

agree, just keep it simple. don't over react... or maybe you can play with it and probably say "i know right, i get it all the time" but make sure to laugh about it. don't seem too cocky. she might not take it as a joke haha

This is just my opinion but i think if you run a cocky funny line you gonna come off as an A$$ and not cocky funny. Take it as am ioi, move to your next part and run your game. If you get wrapped up in it your just gonna screw yourself up.

A simple:

"Thanks"

or

"Thanks, that's really nice of you" (with a smile of course) is perfect.
