The Ultimate Guide to Value

Alright fellas, here's my first post here so please comment below. As I've said on my intro I'm not an expert on certain things related to Pick up, but there are some that I know like the back of my head.

Premise of Value:

Women really aren't goal setters like us guys.

Just like me, i'm sure you guys have an actual day job and wish you could make more money, do some inspiring new thing, or save the world in some way. All of us are goal setters.

When women meet guys who are goal setters, their infrared tracking device turns on. They become locked in and are fascinated by them.

What's really important to women is that they get emotionally taken by the goal setter who's ON THE PROCESS of going after his goals.

Most men think that Value is like providing material things. It's really not. At least not to a woman's eye.

Here are the Types of Value you can provide women:

1. Your Dreams and Aspirations

2. Coolness

3. Introduction to other people

4. Man Hormones

Mind you guys, these are NOT demonstrations of value. These, in my terminology at least are called "value bombs." They actually have REAL value in them interpreted by the woman filter.

Okay so how can you use these in conversation:

Let's use number one, your dreams and aspirations - get a piece of paper right now or type on a document... map out or enumerate your dreams and aspirations. You may want to travel to another country and settle there like a "glorified gypsy", play a couple of instruments, learn new languages. Heck maybe one of your dreams is to meet and shake the hand of someone popular who inspires you. (I just did this last month - met the legendary coach of boxing Freddie roach and shook his hand - women loved that I did that).

What's important is that you don't make it UNREALISTIC. We, as pick up guys can have the habit of "mental masturbation." - so you don't want to make it so far off.

I had a friend who was just an up and coming director, and he would dhv by saying his next goal was to win the Cannes Awards. This was very miscalibrated and the women just shrugged it off. FAIL.

If your'e an up and coming whatever, then start mentioning something realistic. In his case, it would be to just get a couple of films out there commended by the _____ Local Film Society... or at least tell a story of how there's this one film director who hates your guts and you'd love to piss him off by winning an award.

I always use this when I talk to women. I like to fascinate them with my ideal lifestyle for the future. I don't get unrealistic towards it either.

Now, here's another thing - what you say literally has to MEAN SOMETHING to her. You have to Calibrate between several stories on this one. If your dream isn't on the same language terms forget it. It has to be relatable somehow. Speak in plain terms, no "intelligent" talk.

The tools you need here: Voice inflection, pacing, and practice a good tone of voice. Also, environment matters - you can't say this stuff if both of y'all are in a hurry... or if you're in a loud club. If you are, then suggest a smoke at the patio and THEN do it.

I'd agree with most but, too many guys are shooting too low. It may be sacrelige to say it here, but girls aren't everything. It's great to study the ways of women/ psycology, and it will take you far in life, but unless you become a PUA guru (if those are your ambitions, I say GO FOR IT), It's unlikely to make you much money. What is your passion? What do you LIKE TO DO? If you had to have one thing, and knew for the rest of your life it would pay you and you'd be happy what would it be? set goals and accomplish them. Shoot for the MFing stars. they're your stars. You can have ANYTHING you want, barring mental or physical retardation (and I'm sorry if that is your case, you'll have to shoot for something plausible. If it's mental, be a physical monster/master, if its physical, be a stephen hawking in your field of study), you should be able to accomplish ANYTHING. Never use "it's too hard, will take too long" as an excuse. You obviously don't want it bad enough... but if you do, do it. You might not be the #1 in the world/ universe, but in your sphere of influence (large city, state, country,) you can likely be the top or second best, and that will gain you mad recognition, and women and riches. Do what you WANT to do. Do what you LIKE to do. If you're spending 40 hrs a week making someone else rich (corporations, employers, etc) own your life. If it's soemthign you love you should have no problem dedicating 60-80+ hrs a week to it. even if you're full time employed you can dedicated 40+ hrs a week towards becoming self sufficient to make a living out of it. Now you've freed up 40+ more hrs... Be who you want to be. Anybody who is passionate, even obsessed with what they do, will be found desirable to women. Be a winner at whatever you do. Choose your life and your passion, and move forward. No More wasting time. Read "The richest Man in Babylon." It has a good chapter on bettering youself. Sorry to sound sappy and glib. you can be anything you want to be. If you REALLY want it, you'll TRY.

And i agree with him, shoot for the stars 100%. And i do think you can express that to a girl without her blowing it off. If its done correctly. If im working on Comfort and i am telling her about my dream and i express it with passion its doesnt matter how lofty it is. Its more abour being congruent with you frame then anything. If you say one thing and your passive value says another a women is going to see this and blow you off. So yeah shoot for the stars, i know i do and my career goals and asperations are some of the craziest people will ever hear. Work towards them and make them part of your life.

Huh. You mentioned setting goals, but make sure they're realistic. Thats not a goal. Thats life. "I'm going to go to work, work hard, and get paid." Thats not a goal, that required. If you're only setting goal you knwo you can achieve, you're a loser and a coward. Your goals should be HUGE but they should be things you really love and believe in, in otherwords, if you're jsut daydreaming outloud, about this car and that car and being rich and famous.. huge turnoff. But if you're LIVING it, and putting in the footwork, no matter how big your dreams are, chicks will feel your passion, and jive on it.

Sometimes I don't spell out the relation, but my post was 100% on-topic for this thread, even though I was disagreeing with a point in your post. Good post, but never be scared to dream. At the risk of sounding glib, MLK had a dream, at the time it was jsut a dream. Make it happen.
