Juggling Girls and sticking points

Hi all I'm new to the forums and relatively new to pickup, I say relatively new because when I was in HS I used to get very lucky, hang with the right people, and be at the right place at the right time and I started reading material over the past summer but didn't start using it and getting results until the start of the semester (btw im in college which leads me to my topic).

So right now I have a number of women I have been working on slowly (yes I know this is bad)....

One is a girl who I have class with, shes nerdy but HB8, the first day I met her I got her touching me in class, I can talk to her sexually she is receptive to touch, I can draw her in with my eye contact, however she has a BF (this is not a sh1t test), I've confirmed existence of him. everything is right except I have no clue how to close her, and here is my first sticking point. All my closes up till now have been sheer damn luck, I just build up enough tension and attraction that they close me, but this one is too timid to try something like that. Please any help on this one would be wondrous! In fact any help on closing would be perfect!!! btw shes 24 I'm 19
The main problem I face is I don't live on campus but a house with 6 other people. And I'm pretty sure she lives with her BF... IF I CAN ISOLATE THIS GIRL IT IS SO ON!!! My friends who have seen us together can even pick up the vibe and ask if I'm doing anything with her....

The next one is a friend (HBDaddy's Girl) but I am pretty sure the friend zone has been broken out of WOOOT... anyways I can get really sexual with her, I can get her to qualify herself, I've had her drive an hour to come spend the night with me and I screwed up the beginning of that night by moving in too quickly for the kiss, keep in mind but by the end got her making out with me but I couldn't get into her pants, I met up with her about 3 weeks later because I was partying at CalU in Pennsylvania which was like 20 mins away from where she lived, I showed up to her house, we laid down on her couch watched a movie and F***ing CATHOUSE!!! If that didn't set a mood wtf will? Anyways while doing so I really was bringing out the big guns as far as Escalating, once again making out and heavy touching, then she stops and says "We shouldn't be doing this"...right when I was starting to unhook her bra.... I asked why and she said "because there's a guy that I really am getting serious with right now and I don't want to screw things up" she then got up leaving me on the couch about 10 mins later and headed up to bed.
The reason I didn't join her in her room is because both her parents were home and her Dad probably would have beaten the crap out of me, I've met him he has scared off many of her other BFs with baseball bats (she's a daddy's little girl if you didnt get that from her name :P) enough said.....I left the next morning with a serious case of blue balls and got a kiss when I left... why do I feel I'm being played with here?
I've continued working on the girl she's broken up with her BF I think it was ugly, she was all set to come down and visit again a lay or benefits were almost a guarantee and of course dear old dad comes in again stopping her from coming down...this I know just seems to be a series of logistical problems but any help on really, solidly, closing this girl would be great... I'm thinking potential friends with benefits relationship in this one, she pretty much just "doesn't want to lose me as a friend" I told her that wouldn't be a problem...

Next we have an HB7 that I am semi friends with and I got a BJ out of her on Halloween (First dance floor close) , she seemed like a potential Friends with Benefits, I may be getting greedy on this one, anyways she thought I wanted a relationship somehow out of my talking with her on the phone, I denied it and told her Halloween was just for fun, she seems okay with this now, but I think the confusion screwed up my chances. I said "I try not to let issues (ie the confusion) like this come between friends and I was really too busy in my life to consider having a GF now and expecting for one to keep up with me would be irresponsible on my part"...not sure where to go from here should I leave this or go for broke?

And finally, I have another friend of mine, lets call her HBRussian, that I've put space between us and stayed away for some time to reset everything, came back in sexual, she is responding well to it and I've got her qualifying herself to me (she starts conversations, holds eye contact, looks at me in class opposite way of the professor from front row) although I haven't done much as far as physical Escalation other than some playing with hands, there is sort of a taboo here because all of her close friends are also close friends with me (Her closest friend is practically my little sister). So I think any of them doing anything with me is almost taboo. Help with this one would be appreciated

All of the above girls I don't have much invested in I really don't care if anything happens with them (except HBDaddy's Girl because shes given me blue balls.... GRRR.... so many times even before recent incidences I feel like I need to either give her blue p***y or lay her) I dont have much approach anx anymore so meeting other girls to play with is not hard and my options are open but these are the mains ones I'm looking at...

Also some tips on building Sexual Tension would be great... I find myself struggling on making the sexual moves in escalation and relying on the girl to finally almost force herself to make those (this really slows down the speed of my pickup and makes it difficult to get some girls)
