Tough. I'd unfriend myself for a while, I think. Or if you insist in hanging out, start introducing sex into your relationship. Steer conversations playfully towards sex... start intimating you find her attractive w/o actually saying the words. Also, build attraction by dating other girls, and 'unintentioanlly' letting her know there's competition.

yes they are ways to get out of the friend zone but it takes time and effort. first off u have to stop talking to her and seeing her for a while cause u need to make a new frame so that u can come in and see her basically as a new guy. then u need to make a frame she wants to be a part of. and next time around u need to make sure u escalate and become a sexual entity in her eyes or she is going to just throw u back in the friend zone.

Don't be scared to build Sexual Tension. Kino a lot. Hint at attraction and provide opportunities for her to indicate interest ("you know, that shade of lipstick really looks great on you. makes me almost want to kiss you") or qualify herself.
