Need Help with my next move?

Ive been talking to this girl for 3 weeks now, she's in my social circle and theres a lot of flirtation and touching. Over the weekend we has a little misunderstanding which has been cleared up now and we are now back to texting.

Im really unsure on my next move though, she's a nice friend (not in the friend zone though) and has never had a boyfriend before (not that i want a girlfriend that just yet either)

Should i just go in for the kiss when the next opportunity arrises? Or take her out to dinner or something? maybe even just wait, but at the same time if i do i know i'll hit the friend zone.

Any help would be most appreciated!

What kind of misunderstanding lol? And why not, just go for it. And if she doesn't want a boyfriend then dinner is probably not a good option. (courting her will make you seem more like boyfriend material and less like hookup material)
