Need help with HB7 Possible GF!!!

Alright heres the gist,

Basically this girl started talking me a lot in person, she was always friendly and i don't know but it felt like she always dropped tiny hints now and again. I started to talk to her a lot online and i want to see more of her around. We are both in our final year of school and whenever i'm in school i'll let her say hi first and she almost always does, and i would sometimes go over and talk to her but the talking is really really brief and just small flirt talk, i would always get her to hug me but i'm still skeptic because she is just naturally friendly to everyone but she seems interested! I need help lads! Any suggestions or ideas that i could do to either:

Make her really interested in me
or
Find out if she likes me or not?

You can tell if she likes you if she remembers what you say. She wouldn't if she had no value for your thoughts or opinions. She'll also find excuses to touch you on certain parts of your body (hugs don't count, some girls hug their guy friends all the time).

Ask her to have coffee or lunch with you sometime. If she's dressed to impress, she may be trying to do it for you. If she does things that indicate self-consciousness, then maybe she's doing so because she wants make sure she looks good for you.

She might even go to the washroom once, twice or even more if she wants to make sure she looks good for you. Also, she might pull her hair back over her hair, turn her face at an angle that seems more attractive, or lean in a bit when you're talking to her - these are signs she's flirting with you.
