A Year Later....

Hey guys, so let me share with you all a story... it's still an unfinished story because I'm in need of your help to close this situation.

A year ago, I moved into town for school and went to a bar on the first night. I met the bartender and had a fairly decent conversation with her. She left me her number and e-mail on the receipt and I presumed to get her on facebook and chatted a few times. She is the same age as me, and studies the same thing as me but at another school.

Throughout the entire year, our means of communication was at the bar where she works.. i visit maybe 1 every 2-3 weeks, and everytime it's been great. We've done shots together, talked, and things seem fine... I asked her out half a year ago, and she said "no" because she barely knew me... now that she knows me a bit more, she smiles a lot and yesterday, she apologized for not being talkative because she was busy and held my hand for a good minute while smiling. We've been through hugs and stuff while she was working .. I've met her sister, and she's given me free stuff (returned her a favour by surprising her with a smoothie I made which she loved).

so I think signs are positive, I applied a lot of playfulness, casual feelings to it, so there's no Tension of her being afriad of me when I visit. I don't think I'm in the friendzone either since she's been receptive to my visits and got jealous when one of her co-workers started to flirt with me. I know her other bar mate (guy) well and he likes me. how can I approach to asking her out again with a lower chance of getting a "no"? because that would end everything.

Any help would be nice.

It looks like there's no fear of getting turned down this time. You've built good rapport with her and got to know you better. If you want to make sure making you can sound out her friend, the other bartender.

This is tricky, because it shows you are patient and have great qualities of a man.. you choose to just talk to her at the bar.. but this is where the line comes in .. when is it time to stop?

I think that you have a great grasp on the situation and all it takes is something creative, so when you pay for the bill next time .. say somehting witty, next time, your drinks better be on this too.." implied you wanna hang out for drinks with her.... if she laughs and slow and dont get it.. then directly ask her.

Another way would be, bring some of your close friends and make sure she meets them... then if she likes your friends and think you interact well, it could be a dhv.

Friendzone is possible, highly unlikely.. but you need to act fast .. especially bartenders, they meet plenty of guys and they won't be able to decide who to go for unless you make a move.. a good one too.
