Need help with cute girl that I like

So I took this girl to a college dance as my date and we ended up making out all night and i ended up fingering her (probably a bad idea, I was drunk) before she had to leave cuz she was too drunk. She didnt remember most of that night, and i did. So ive asked her out a couple times and she hasnt replied once and she flaked once. I am pretty sure she is like this because she thinks it will be awkward cuz she doesnt remember that night. I was about to stop trying when she drunk texted me 3 nights ago and asked to hangout, we hungout and she said that having sex this soon would be a bad idea and she isnt like that, so we just talked more. Then i walked her home and we kissed.

My main problem here is that im having trouble gauging her interest because i never see her sober (lol). She mentioned wanting to hangout again, but over text she almost seems uninterested.

I like this girl a lot, she was very fun to talk to. I asked her out on a date 2 days ago today and she didnt reply again, which makes me very frustrated and confused. I plan to ask her out in person when i see her.

In person she is very full of energy and fun, but over text it seems dull and hard to keep a conversation with her going. Which makes me more confused.

If at all possible i would like to start a relationship with this girl, and she told me she is the relationship type. Any advice on how to make this work? How to text her? how to maybe spark more interest?

btw clearly i am not that experienced with girls, so please try to make things simple. Im trying my best

First get her sober. See if things click and BE YOURSELF. The drink is meant to loosen tongues (and bodies) but should not be the clicher for a relationship! In other words if you want to spark interest get to know one another without the alcohol, spark interest when you both have clear heads and move on from there. Pay attention to the ioi's, hold her in eye contact, grab her hand during extensive conversations (when appropriate!) and shoot her a couple jokes from time to time. Your goal is to get her to show emotion to you. Once she starts doing that openly (to you) and allows you to do such stuff as hold her hand or hug her easily then you know the interest, for her, is there.

Note though that this may not happen all in one date. Spread it out if you have to. You are looking for a relationship, so don't drop any BOMBSHELLS. Always remember Bad Guys = Girlfriend | Good Guys = Intimate Longer Term Relationships.

OH! Until you are both completely relaxed with one another do NOT move forward with sex. Many times you will both enjoy it to it's fullest extent but you may find that she starts to pull away. Be careful using this card, it CAN and WILL work against you.
