What do I do to get a girlfriend?

I've been single for awhile I like the freedom. Talking to women without having a long term relationship is easy, however I decided I want to try settling down for a while. How to i make the change from short term pick-up to relationship pick-up?

you know what? I've been hearing this a lot, and even considered it on my own, but I will tell you what I've told the others...

The only difference between One Night Stand and long term is the duration. So everything happens slower and remember, girls like a quality and preview of a relationship before they commit to them, so the trick is to treat them like you would in a short-term fling, but add some boyfriend actions but be a little different, so before you reach to hold her hand, slap her rear playfully, LISTEN to her more, where in short term, we don't really care they got to say .... BUT never hold her bags or be her biatch. Add more elements of surprise.

The problem though is that everything is slower. How do I show my skills Kino, Escalation etc. over the period of getting to know them. If you show it all at first, you run out of material, if you go to slow you become boring. Whats that right amount? How can I show her I'm really fun when I first meet her but I'm also someone in it for the long haul?
