Feel I'm gradually on my way to the friend zone, any help?

Hey guys I'm new to this forum but have been reading all the articles for the past couple days and was really inspired by all the helpful advice you guys give. So, I'm curious about what you guys think I should do about this:

Me and this HB9 have been talking on and off for about a year now. Lately we've gotten really close as in Comfort level but the past couple times we've hung out was always in a group or at least a couple other people so it's been a bit harder to kiss close because we are literally never alone.

We finally went on a date just me and her last saturday to PBR and I was able to Kino and flirt and everything successfully there (had her hold my hand in the crowd of people so she "wouldnt get lost" and a bunch of stuff ) and then about 3/4 of the way through decided she wanted to leave and for us go back to her place.

We were sitting on her couch alone and literally the very moment I was going to go for it her family and several of her neices and nephews come through the door (this is my second time meeting her family, apparently they absolutely love me which I hear is rare for them and their opinion is very important to her) and got caught up just talking to them and everything for a good half hour.

When I finally leave she walks me out but she's holding her 2 yr. old neice, if it was just me and her then I EASILY would've just kissed her but the fact she was holding the kid just made it feel weird to me lol

The past couple times I've wanted to kiss her, something or someone always gets in the way and kills it and it's annoying as hell. Now I feel after this last failed kiss close my window is severely narrowing before she friend zones me...

It's been three days and we've sent each other maybe four texts total which isn't normal since we usually text alot throughout our day almost every day (and I do avoid all the texting "don'ts" because I learned them awhile ago).

I decided no matter what next time I see her I'm kissing her (granted she gives me the iois to) but I can feel that dreaded friend zone around the corner if I'm not already partly in it (I've somewhat been in it before with her but i was able to get out of it, I'd rather not have to do what I did again to get out ).
I'm just curious about what you guys think I should do, my plan was to maybe Freeze Out a bit to kinda get her to miss my attention nd come to me but if thats a bad idea I will gladly listen to any opinions and advice...

And if this is in the wrong section let me know and I'll move it, I wasnt sure where it belonged
