The right words to use

We broke up a while ago, and she is still in love with me but doesn't want to get back with me because i broke up with her(which broke her heart). I have not been in contact with my ex for a while now, but it has been enough time already and i believe it is time to contact her. The thing is that she is in another country, so i am not sure what way to contact her (via email, phone texting/calling, or facebook). What way do you guys think i could contact her and what exactly would you recommend i say? What is the procedure?

actually, we can. And the reason why I say so is because me and her have been having a long distance relationship for a long time now. If I pull out the right cards and set things straight, the long distance will not be an issue. We talk almost everyday through the messenger on blackberry's(or at least we used to)

i didn't understand u broke up with her via bbm when she was in another country?

we go to university in two different countries, but we always come back for holidays to the same country(where our parents live). So after we knew each other and travelled back to school, we started going out and bbm was our main source of communication. So i broke up with her via bbm recently(thats the 4th time im breaking up with her). Now she is scared that if we get back with each other that i will break up with her for the 5th time.
But the thing is that i know that she still loves me, but is just scared. She tried going on a date with another guy after we broke up, but after the date she cried and called me and told me that she kept on having thoughts of me during the date and couldnt stay with the guy anymore so she left him. But when i try to get back with her, she keeps on asking me why i broke up with her and ends up crying all over again and then says she cant get back with me. For some reason also it feels like she is getting advice from some of her friends, she is playing reallyyyyy hard to get. It feels like she is testing me to see if i really love her and waiting to see how far i can go to get her(maybe she wants me to beg her and tell her sorry on my knees and all that?). I really do not know what is going through her head and why she is playing hard to get, because i know she wants me back. Maybe she is trying to punish me and make sure next time i do not break up with her?

first off, do not ever beg her to come back. I know what this is she wants to 'break u' but if u 'break' she will not love u anymore. wait until u see her and keep beeing friendly to her make her see what she's missing and then compliance test her then get back with her thats all i can say.

what exactly do you mean by 'compliance test her'? ....and thanks for the other advice, would keep it in mind
