what does it mean when she keeps something?

I was trying to date this girl that worked for me for two years. She gave off ioi's all the time so i told her i liked her and she said the same about a week later. She has a boyfriend of almost 3 years. I got anxious and acted needy and then jealous and she quit. I loned her a dvd to watch and she's never returned it. I had one of my other employees to ask if she would return and she said she that week. it's been three weeks and she's the kind of girl that returnes stuff immediately. She gave me back some cream for poisen ivy once. I think she was strongly attracted to me but i didn't build trust. Does it mean anything?
