Help Guys!! Gotta recover!!

Alright, So quick overview and where I am at now.

A girl from work, we will say "Jessica" suggested that I meet her best friend "Rachel." I saw a picture of Rachel on Jessica's FB and thought she was cute. I also saw Rachel has a daughter, and I am a single dad so that is cool with me. I knew that Jessica babysits for Rachel from past conversations, so I just said to her "We should get the kids together to play." This in turn prompted her to say, You should totally meet "Rachel." "You totally seem like her type."

SO I got my desired result there.

Rachel sent me a friend request on Facebook a couple days later and Just said.

"Hey this is Jessica's friend Rachel. "

I accepted her request 2 hours after she sent it and responded about 10 hours later with.

"Hi Rachel this is Tropics "


This was 2 days ago, and she has not responded back. I usually wait until a girl responds or 48 hours to message again.


Any ideas on what to say next, and what I could have done differently would be appreciated.

"so what do you know about me? BESIDES my name is tropics? lol"
