What should my next move be?

So Ill try to keep this as short as possible.... So i recently moved and my buddy came down a few days ago to check out a college he is thinking about going to. He got in touch with a girl that went to our high school to give us a tour around(we will call her jessica). So now Jessica and I know who each other but never talked or anything before. The tour comes to an end and we are talking about knowing people and what not. So when she asks me if I know anyone out here I say no and she responds by giving me a hug and saying "we are going to be friends". The following day i get a fb message that says "Hiiiii!!!!!! We're gunna be friends!!! and her number" I respond with just my phone number. It has been a couple of days and I haven't talked to her and she hasn't talked to me...where do i go from here?
