She said she "needs space to find out how much i mean to her".... what does that mean?



p.s. i never act needy or desperate around her, and i dont act like a "nice guy" towards her, only whens she displaying good behaviour.

I would cut her off. If she's asking for space then the cat String Theory was not executed. Make her come crawling back.

damn dude you sound dead on whats going on here... im doin everythin i can do be unpredictable and keep up the attraction, but its gotten to the point of "i love you" crap, and i usually avoid shit like that to not come over as a p*ssy whipped love sick puppy and she might think im not putting enough into making the relationship work as much as she tries....


like she asks me things about what im doing, my life blah blah blah and i usually brush it off and dont ask her much about hers, only sometimes and im like "meh"

and she said i expect too much, so i should lighten up about that, maybe shes giving me space to think over what im doing wrong?


Just have a bad experience with showing affection to girls in the past, which made me turn into a complete wussy

"I need space" means, there is someone else I am interested in and I don't want you around (or to think about you) while I see if this guy is better and/or worth replacing you.

Translate that into, she is keeping you around in case this guy is a chump.

I would literally go hang out with every girl that I know, sarge with my friends and essentially blow her off completely. IF she really wants you, she will contact you (hopefully repeatedly). This is where you regain the upper hand. If she doesn't contact you repeatedly, you have no shot with her anyways - so better to "NEXT" her.

Nexting her will enable you to retain your power with her AND more importantly other women.

As Style would say - "Go fark Ten Other Women". GFTOW for short.

That sounds needy and reaction seeking. I would instead say something like:
"Hey - wow, long time since we've talked. How's it going? Sorry I haven't contacted you - I've been real busy with (insert cool fun stuff here). I was thinking about calling you, but I just haven't had a chance yet. Have you (seen or done) ? I've been doing that a lot lately with my new friend (insert girl name here)."

Or similar. The bottom line is turn it around like you have been too busy to call her and you feel bad about it. Then kind of cut the conversation short and let her know you will call her soon as you want to catch up with her, but you are busy doing (going to meet some friends to play tennis or whatever).

Reaction seeking is the epitome of being needy. A true man of the world with many options is not phased by one woman and her antics. You are an amazing person, with an amazing life. If she chooses to partake of that, great... if not great.

That is the key. It is really active non-reactiveness. Passive non-reactiveness is not what I am talking about.
