Here is my challenge for guys with Approach Anxiety.
Alright, so almost all of us have or have had massive aa. I can understand that, I still have it and it used to be really bad for me. I want to share an exercise that I did to reduce it massively.
Go to a mall, street, whatever, as long as there are a lot of women there for you to practice on. Go up to them and say, "Hey, excuse me, you're cute" and walk away. You are throwing a direct opener, but are outcome independent, because no matter what she says you are going away. Plus doing so you will realize that lot of them respond well. It usually brightens up their day and can be rather fun.
Warning: At first doing this will be really scary. I felt like i was dying, my heart was pounding hard, it felt as though I was going to tackle a bear or something!!!
You just have to grab your balls and do it. You will be much stronger at the end emotionally.
If this is too much for you, start by asking questions like, the time, directions things like that. Then start this excercise.
