Relationship-Trust issues

I divorced my ex for having an affair with her boss. This caused me some major issues with selfesteem etc as you could imagine. I have had some major insecurities since which I've worked on but definitely not resolved.

Fast forward 4 years... I ve dated alot of girls and found one I'm in love with. The issue is I have to deal with my insecurites and trust issues. In my mind I feel like she is sneaking around on me. However, I don't really have any proof or rationale for this....Its just in my head. She doesn't go out much or talk with other guys. She does have alot of guy friend which bothers me at times.

I have checked her phone before (not proud of this. Just being honest). Anyway she almost always clears her phone of any texts or previous phone calls etc which makes me suspicious because she always does this but this isn't any evidence.

I guess I just don't know where to go from here. I don't want to lose her but I know i will eventually if I keep this up... Should I tell her my concerns and just get it out there. I know showing insecurities can be a no no. I want to keep the relationship but resolve the trust issues and don't have the foggiest idea of how to.

You clearly know what the problem is, and the simple answer is, you have to stop. There is no one that can help you with that, but you. You will lose her if you keep it up, and telling her will generally make things worse. Women get creeped out by "needy" men. That is what you will come across as.
