Friend's girl - interesting situation

Looking for advice and I'd let to set up a solid plan of attack....

A buddy of mine is casually seeing an HB8. He and the HB8 came over to my place for a hookah/beer pong party on Friday, and she and I talked the entire night. I played very very solid game and even number closed at the end of the night (yes, I know I said this is my friend's girl, but read the whole post first).

After she took him home, I texted her. My text said "Before I say something that will get me into trouble, are you and (friend) dating?" She said casually, but it's weird, and wasn't sure how to answer past that. I didn't pry and just flirted for a few minutes before going to bed.

Here's the interesting part...three days before this all happened, the same buddy had sex with a girl that I'd been hooking up with. Now, I was honestly sick of this chick (annoying to all hell), and really do not care. I actually laughed about it with him after, and doubt I'll ever hold a grudge against him for doing it. But on that note, obviously he's not that into the HB8 if he hooked up with someone else three days earlier, and she did say casual. Is there any way I can go for this HB8 without creating worlds of drama and trouble? And if so, battle plans anyone?

No matter how you play it, you are tiptoeing through a minefield. I would hang out with her for a bit, and make sure to establish that you are a bit of a playboy, but a solid guy. It is tough to do that, without being "friended" immediately, but you need it for part two. After she is comfortable with you (as mentioned before, don't get friended yet), proceed. Start flirting and physically Escalating. If she ioi's you, you go for it, just don't press too hard.

Interesting related story. I was with a girl I really liked the other night. I knew that she had a boyfriend, but she was very flirty, and I didn't know if the boyfriend was serious or not. I just played normal game on her, and kept escalating. She finally rejected me, playfully, then a little more seriously. At that point, I just turned to her, and said, "Well I had to try, but I'll respect your wishes from now on." She was really cool with that. She said that she would have expected nothing less, unless I turned out to be gay (because she recognized me as a playboy, in the good sense, and she was comfortable with me). It didn't hurt things at all, we are still good friends, and she now knows that I am interested in case things don't work out with the other dude.

Ambition - sounds like you and your friend are just enjoying the beauty of women. I had a room-mate in the village and we both were just having fun with girls and we'd hook up with girls the other was seeing or seducing or whatever. I say go with it.. free love is pretty great if you have the right environment. I say continue to seduce this girl, but make sure your friend is down with you doing it (sounds like he is since he hooked up w/ one of your girls). Neither one of these girls are "the one" so enjoy them. Honestly treat them like you would if they were just guy friends. Would you be ok with your good friend going and playing tennis with your good friend? Probably... sex in this situation is not that much different. It is fun and healthy...
