What about Clint Eastwood? He is the symbolical with manliness and therefore IMO, the Alpha Male pattern.

I give props to old school guys like him and Jack Nicholson who were doing it way before self help books and internet message boards popped up.

They just knew what to do and said fark it to their doubts.

I guess,a lot of women love some bad boy image guys.. these guys are the ALPHA MEN..

I take a contrary stance to this. I dont think u need to be 'bad ass' like to be alpha. You can be a gentlemen and still get a girl its just that these 'bad ass' looking guys tend to project more self confidence.

Exactly. I don't believe that you have to be bad-ass, either.

It's more in the subtle communication of your inner drive, ambition, confidence, and direction.

But let's face it, men in the movies are either ruthless killers these days, or complete freakin' wimps.

yeah you dont have to be a badass as long as you:1)keep your cool 2)controle the situation 3)DONT BE SHY OR WITHDRAWN(be part of the conversations of the group or else your completely lost) 4)ESPECIALY dont be the 2 A`s AROGENT and ANOYING (THOSE R BAD) Also lets add Will Smith from the Fresh Prince i think hes a great example.
