I think DD likes to get the number and get out of there (which is OK if you don't have good conversational skills). That is OK, but really - how good are you ever going to do unless you work on your conversational skills. I like to chat for a while, then if we have something in common tell her that I need to get back to my friends (or whatever) and that I would love to continue this conversation later. If the conversation was good, she knows that this means you want her number. Either way, take your phone out of your pocket and hand it to her... ask her to put in her number... I sometimes like to wink and say - don't forget to put your name in there (even if I remember her name it makes me seem less needy as if I don't recall it).

That sounds really boring... if I were you I would tease her about that and somehow transition into all the amazing and fun things that you have been doing. Ultimately though, it doesn't matter what she has been doing. She may have been at home reading, or our having sex with every guy she knows. It really doesn't matter and you shouldn't care what she does when she is not with you (until she is your GF).

Trust me, that is a healthy attitude and will get them running back to you.

I have incredible success with women that I am casually dating when I encourage them to do other things and date other guys... they always end up wanting me more than anyone else. Too many guys are controlling.. women do not want to be controlled - they want to be free - and the man who gives them that gift will be a rare find for them.
