Help me on this internet pickup! Please!

Ok, indeed you are the master. I wrote your first email back to her saying:

"nope, you only get one more chance with me, unless you earn another one, though you get points for making me laugh.."

She wrote back saying:

HB9: how can i earn another?

Should I send the second email now? What is she doing with that comment?

I would say wait a little bit. Respond before you go to bed tonight or even tomorrow if you're busy today. This will let her feel that you're not the sticky type of guy and that you have other things to do. It also lets this cliff hanger stay in her mind a little.

When you email her back, tell her you will give her a chance to prove to you by going X on Y (as stated by gunsnglory) for a coffee.

This should set you up well.

The comment she wrote means : "Ok, you seem interesting. Let's see what you've got."

She definitely is interested. She is also hinting that she wants you to move the relationship forward. So do it, and leverage that openness to get her to meet you.

So I emailed what you guys told me to do. I'll let you know what happens. Although could her comment not be interpreted as:

What do you mean earn another?!

As in like she is taken aback by my rudeness to imply she has to earn another and is now being snobby saying err, how can i earn another?

First of all, you have to be more confident in yourself. From our conversations, I'm getting the feeling that you aren't sure if this is going to work. I've been there and I've felt the same at first, but it does and you will see results. You have to trust it first.

Now to answer your question, if a girl is not interested in you why would she ask you how she can prove it to you? Turn it the other way, if you weren't interested in a girl, would you even waste time talking to her?

Women won't extend themselves like that. If that was her meaning, she would know that by asking that question, she would be making herself vulnerable to you asking very inappropriate or creepy things. Not something she would do, if she was already feeling a little worried about the meaning of that statement.

To which she replied:

HB9: where abouts do you live?

Lez999: i live in north london. but ill be in town tomorrow for an interview. lets meet around 6pm at the covent garden station and ill take it from there.

Now here's what she wrote back

HB9: i cant do tomorrow! sometime next week?

The reason I am asking the question now is because I saw David Deanglo say something that when girls say lets do it next week or something its an excuse for them to Flake out and forget. The question is, should I respond saying ok send me your number and ill call you, or should i say here's my number, call me and maybe we will hang out next week?

I would reply to her - "Next week should work, text me on Tuesday to confirm" or similar. Pretend you are an aloof girl with lots of options.. that always works as it trumps them being able to do the same...

Women can reschedule to Flake, but not necessarily. Since she sounded interested to begin with, I doubt she wants to flake.

However, I wouldn't set up a hard and fast date with her for next week, because it gives her too much power, and possibly makes you look a little too accommodating. What I would do, is say something like this, "That's too bad. Guess we'll catch up another time. What's your number. If I am available next week I'll give you a call."

When she gives you her number, text her, and tell her hi, and let her know who you are so that she has your number. Also, that will establish that you text. Then between now and next week, I would start text game with her. You can find stuff all through this forum on text game, including the thread "day game: Blanked out" by Mystery_Wannabe.

Next week, on a Tuesday or later, I would text her about getting that coffee, that you previously talked about.
