Slow down your speed of talking and lower your tone of voice. Raise the volume of your voice, so it carries easily, but don't be too loud, just a little louder than everyone else.

Don't speak if you don't have your targets' full attention.

Look everyone in the eye, and never let your gaze falter. That doesn't mean stare, it means, when you speak or are spoken to, you look them in the eye. If you lock eyes, rarely be the first to break the contact.

Size everyone up. Give them a nice top of the head to bottom of the feet, slow, once-over.

Be very calm and collected in everything you say, and in your body posture.

If you are wrong, admit it, and move on, don't ever become self concious about it.

Always try to know how you feel and what you want before you act on it or voice it.

Never visually second guess yourself.

Never take anything personally.

Never let anyone bust your balls when you don't deserve it. If you do, take it gracefully and move on. Once again, don't show self-consciousness.

Never show fear.

Make all of your physical gestures slow and methodical.

Always look around slowly, and never in a hurried manner.

Always be aware of your surroundings.

Always plan ahead for likely scenarios, so you won't be caught off guard.

Have a good time, and look relaxed.

Try to physically Anchor yourself. In acting there is a term called "happy feet". Many new actors tend to fidget when they don't know what to do, or they get nervous. The same thing happens in real life. Don't needlessly vibrate or shuffle around. If you are going to move, locate where you are headed, then stride purposefully there.

Always look like you are going somewhere when you move, even if you aren't.

Greet everyone around you.

Always try to be first to initiate contact or shake a hand.

Great. Thanks for the posts guys. I did learn a lot from it. I'm internalizing each and every tips on how to become an ALPHA MALE. I've been an underdog so it is time for me to unleash the ALPHA within me.

Yep, physical posture is one of the easier ways to both communicate confidence externally as well as to yourself internally.

I always recommend guys spend a MINIMAL amount of time focused on the physical body language stuff. Just practice a strong standing posture and a strong walking posture.

If you get too focused on all the "body language" crap, you go way up in your head. Then you look awkward.

If, on the other hand, you merely focus on the mental attitude - the body language always seems to take care of itself.

Oh, and make sure you get to the gym, as well as a few yoga classes. Guys who learn how to enhance their flexibility (an often neglected ingredient in physical fitness) are more attractive to women. You'll have a more supple gait and physicality.

Work on your body language when you are with her. Develop a masculine tone of voice. Talk intellectually but don't brag.

I also learned that guys who handle conversation well(a characteristic of being and ALPHA) turns girls on. They see this strong image out of you.

All these guys are right about the features of an alpha male, but I think the biggest thing is that YOU have to believe that you are the alpha male or no one else will. If you study what it takes and build your self confidence up enough you can be that guy and women will go nuts for it man
