Default Good posture? ALPHA MALE

Everyone knows that better posture makes you more attractive. But you can't ever ALWAYS be on top of standing up straight, you forget, it slips, your tired etc. Why doesn't your body just stay that way. There are alot of reasons, some people say you should work out which i agree with somewhat, but there's plenty of buff guys with VERY bad posture.
I read that style tried something called the Alexander Technique which ive studied but it hasn't been nearly as effective as something that was based on the alexander techniquecalled "STRUCTURAL INTEGRATION", its true purpose being to organize the body to an ideal relationship with each other due to years of sitting a desks in school etc has farked up our patterns. The difference is that S.I is hands on like massage unlike A.T which is just talking you through how to move.I got my first sessions a few years ago and it blew my mind so much that I went to school to learn it and now give people sessions. I recently remembered the whole reason i got into it was thanks to the PUA community. I highly recommend finding a practitioner if you finally want to stand up straight for once! I would suggest looking around for someone near you who you vibe well with seeing as its a 10-session process. My location is in Union Square if anyone is around there feel free to contact me for a free first session.

Early on in my life, I started paying attention to my posture. My mother always was getting after me. I quickly learned that people really do behave differently when you have good posture. I have found that when I ask people what there first impression of me was, they have often said, that I had a confident vibe about me. I believe that largely has to do with my posture, especially since I have always struggled to be confident in my verbal interaction.

Indeed. I've had lots of positive response from females during the period when I felt very confident and I was reading my PDFs. It's turned for the worse recently as I'm trying to cope with the dip of my self-confidence but I am forcing myself to stand as straight as I can

Our physical aspects are first seen and made into an impression. A good posture means confidence and has a good predisposition. It is not just pleasing for other people but also to person himself. When we have good posture, we feel good about ourselves and be able to communicate to other people effectively.

Once curious thing I have noticed about having generally good posture, is if you are feeling depressed or sick, and you let your posture slump at all, people who know you will immediately pick up on the change. It is crazy.

People close to me will notice easily if I'm not in a good mood. I believe they see it through my posture. Enhancing one's posture will definitely boost one's persona. Because it is the first thing people will notice about you-how you handle yourself through posture.

Good posture means confidence and has a good feeling about yourself. Having a good posture tends to attract more women. It also reflects how you handle or carry yourself. If you want to be an Alpha man you should have a good posture.

Work on your physical aspect. Do some workout and exercise. In that way, you build up muscles and strength and one important thing is to build confidence and personality. These are the essentials, which I think, will help you in order to have a good posture and be an Alpha Male.
