Pick Up Places

I know... pick up can happen anywhere at anytime. But do you guys have favorite pick up places? I can think of the following major categories where there's enough female population to choose from.

1) Bars
2) University/college
3) Work place
4) Social Networking Sites (MySpace, facebook, Tagged, Meetup, etc)
5) Chat / Message Boards (anywhere online)
6) community orgs
7) hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, stores
8) hospitals
9) malls and shops (for promo girls)
10) modelling agencies and shoots
11) plane/airport
12) concerts

What about on the beach? Is it harder to pick up girls there? Are they more inclined to really size you up according to how great you look in shorts?

Nice list. For anyone answering, do you have specific tips in getting the girl from each category? Like baristas and waitresses are getting hit on every night... it will be tough coming off as original!

Pretty good list you got there man.. I have tried a couple of places where my pick up skills worked. I tried picking up women successfully in the bar, school, coffee shop, and gym.

My favorite pick up place would be bars and cafe. Here you can meet up pretty girls who are adventurous and can be a good target for the game. My success rate here is higher than picking up in concerts,airports, and other public places.

I think one thing going against us guys if we try picking up a girl at the grocery or something is that, her friend might tell her we're probably a creep. Hehe.

You also forgot parks and theme parks there. Once I saw this girl eating her ice cream out in the park in a really hot way and I couldn't help it, I told her as much. Dated her for about three months before they moved to Vermont.

Honestly, I do my best pickup at my house. I throw a ton of parties and invite people, suggesting them to bring more people. By throwing the party at my house, I already demonstrate some social proof, and it makes the bedroom transition easier because I can do my isolation in my bedroom.

Also, fun tip, but I have a VIP room upstairs (it's a pillow pit with a strip pole in the middle). The fun tip is that shoes are not allowed upstairs. By getting women to take off their shoes, you're automatically making them feel more comfortable, and getting them to take off other clothes is a ton easier if they have already consented to take off their shoes. (weird, but true).

The best pick up places that I have a high success rate are at the bars, cafes, and house parties. I think the success varies from the type of places where you want to pick up women. If you're in the workplace, people there are focusing on their works. Social Media sites are good avenues to create a social network and find girls for your target. But the actual attraction starts when meeting up in person.

I prefer doing my game in bars. This is where you meet a lot of girls who just want to enjoy and have fun. Although my success in picking up girls vary whether or bars or in other places, I think what matters most is how you play your game.

I prefer bars myself... and concerts. Girls are often hyped after a concert. House parties are also great but I really hate cleaning up after, so there.

Have any of you tried picking up carpark attendants? It's not really easy but it's also not that hard. You just try to make an impression going in, and you can very well get a number going out. I don't know, maybe they're bored in those cubicles.

A friend suggested we try it on girls working toll booths as well but I haven't seen anyone I liked yet. And there isn't any decent moment in drive throughs.

I enjoyed the movie Wedding Crashers (?) so much because there's truth to that. Weddings turn girls mushy and sappy so our defenses are down. Plus, there's something about meeting a guy in church. Well, I at least completed Midnight Mass once just for the boys. Lolz.

Uhuh, wedding crasher is one hell of a cool game. In that movie you get to see how those guys bang the bridesmaids. Seriously, how those guys pick up girls in a special occasion where all females are in euphoria due to the romantic mood of the wedding. I never heard though if it works in real life.

I have been invited to a wedding next week. I'm planning to do a little bit of sarging with the bridesmaids or some chics there may be. I'll see if it really works.

Slasher... technically, pick up can happen anywhere at anytime. In weddings though, you get two types of girls. Those who came with dates and those who are single (and probably aware that they don't have dates). Either you sarge alone or with a group of buds who also came alone. Most in the entourage seem happy and bubbly anyway, and there'd be champagne later (more bubbles for you). The likelihood of anyone sleeping with you after a wedding, am not so sure, but I guess a lot will depend on how great your game is and how lucky you are (say, girl is pretty liberal, it's not the time of the month, there are no post-wedding parties/errands, etc)

There was a time when I met a girl in a wedding party of my friend. I don't know what happened but when I was getting some slice of cake, she also want to have a piece of it. I noticed her and I said " Hi, do you want some cake?".. She smiled and said "Yes, please.." SO, i sliced a piece for her and we go to our tables.. When I want back to my seat, another person was already seating so I was looking for some vacant seat. She called me, and offered a seat beside her. Was I just lucky? After that, we talked a lot of things. She seems pretty funny girl with a great sense of humor.

One of the perks of being part of the entourage too is that you get a lot of opps with the bridesmaids. Fittings, rehearsals, whatever. And even if the entou girls aren't interested, you at least know all the other girl guests will check you out. Haha.

I remember the movie MAID of HONOR, in which the guy is the maid of honor of the girl he always dreamed of.....

I guess i'd have to include talks, seminars, trainings and the like here. At least you get someone with the same interest already and just build up on that. Not enough pickins in photography workshops i've attended though.
