Dude, would love to comment more but I'm sorry, really can't understand your English... were you asking about alpha male power getting diluted within the group instead? If that's the case, then there wasn't an alpha male there to begin with.

If you really want to be an alpha-male, hone your skills well in picking up girls. It may not be easy as it seems but if you really determined to be one, nothing is impossible.
