Ok, I actually need a lot of help

There is this chick that I have had something on and off with for a couple of months. We hooked up but I told her I couldn't date her cos she wasn't Jewish. Obviously that didn't go down well but we hooked up again until she finally said that since it wasn't going anywhere she just wanted us to be friends. We didn't speak for a few days but then she texts me on Wednesday saying 'Missing you. Seems like ages'. So I wrote back miss you too, how you been? we had a little conversation nothing big. I saw her the next day and we got lunch and then she messaged me later asking if I wanted to come to a party. I didn't really want to and she then said that actually she has decided not to go. So later on I text her saying 'So are we not hanging out tonight?' She said she didn't know we were supposed to and was tomorrow good (i.e. Friday). I wrote sure, come over and we will watch a movie or something. She said she couldn't tomorrow night and could we either in the day or on saturday night? I said sorry, busy on sat night and all of sunday and the whole week actually so if she wants to see me it has to be tomorrow night or it will have to sometime next weekend. She said oh, she has a friend's birthday and another friend is staying at her and that's why she can't leave her and come over but let her see what she can do and maybe the friend won't stay or will go home or something.

So then last night (friday) I texted her telling her I need to know if she is coming or not (i.e. I have other plans) and she wrote back oh well don't worry about me coming then. I wouldn't want to cause problems. I replied saying that I have a game of scrabble going and she knows that she loses out to scrabble. She didn't reply and then later I again texted her because I had a missed call and asked if she called me. She replied saying 'She isn't that drunk yet and I should give it an hour.' I wrote back telling her the last train is 12. She replied with something unconnected and then I just wrote 'enough with the excuses. you coming or not?' She didn't reply.

A little background is that this girl isn't a player. She always used to reply to every text. I know I totally messed up last night. But now I'm pissed off. Either you wanna be friends (as she claims), you wanna be more than friends, or you don't want anything. Don't farking jerk me around. If you don't wanna come, say so.

Now I know people will just say she didn't wanna disappoint you and was playing with you. But I need to get back the upper hand. Do I not call her now period and if she calls me pretend like nothing happened, or do I call her out on her bullSh1t? If its the latter, do I wait for her to call me or do I call her. I was thinking of something along the lines of Ross Jeffries:

"Look...you made a commitment to spend time with me and now you're blowing me off. You're disrespecting me and disrespecting my time and I'm NOT going to put up with it. My rule is, if someone makes a commitment to me, I expect them to keep it. If they can't keep it, I need to know at least a day in advance so I can make other plans. Got it? If you can live with that rule, great...if not, sayanora!"

or

"Are you being intentionally rude to test me, or are you just an accidental asshole? Don't ever keep me waiting like this again, ok? I'll always treat you respectfully, but I expect the same. Do you understand me?"

Basically, can someone help me with an exact script?

Dude I hate to say... but this is all pretty childish. She had plans, she told you she had plans, and you are absolutely losing your sh1t because she didn't come over on Friday night? Sending a scathing message...well that's just crazy. I mean you sound absolutely crazy! She is not being rude at all. She said she'd see what she could do. Your script should be 'Im sorry I am crazy I'm going to get some professional help then I'll talk to you like a person'

Not really because she was the one who suggested she would come, not me. When she said she had plans I said ok so I will see you next weekend then. And then she was the one who suddenly backtracked and said Oh, wait, let me see what I can do i.e. what she was saying is she really wants to come and maybe she can get rid of her friend. I'm pissed because NOT because she didn't come, but rather that she didn't think I was important enough to let me know either way. She was jerking me around and playing games.

Although, I'll take it from you response that you think I should just pretend that nothing happened.

Wow, tough love from you guys, huh? Ok, I see all your points and accept them as valid. I must have been doing something right cos I slept with this chick. However, I think I have lost it along the way. I am reading now David Deangelo's book Double Your Dating. Can you guys recommend some Alpha Males books that I need to read? Also, what traits do you think are most important that I work on?
