i really need help. could someone give me consistent advice?

so, i'm a decent guy. attractive, athletic, personable, intelligent. people like me. but, for some reason i always struggle building Sexual Tension. then when i do, i can't close for sh1ttttt. please help me.

im not sure what you'd need to know to help me, but im pretty confident with a little instruction on what to do i could pull it off. ive read some of the articles on here and in other places, but they dont really give me what i need.

SO HERE'S THE SITUATION
i work in a restaurant that the boss runs like his own personal harem. he always hires these hot chicks to waitress and hostess. im actually one of the few male waiters. this new hot hostess just got hired, and im hoping someone will hold my hand through this one and help me. but any advice offered would be greatly appreciated. so far, i've been a bit of an alpha male around her, demonstrated that both the guys and girls around the place approve of me, but for the most part ive ignored her. ive pretended a bit to have trouble with her name, and dont really make any attempts to get to know her. it's working a bit, i feel like she's a little curious why im not giving her any attention when she knows she's hot. she tries to come up to me a little. where do i go from here?
