Laying down to doze/sleep in a crowd.

This question is extremely random, I know. The details of where it came from are too complicated to get into so here it is.

In general, what subtext is there to laying down when there's a lot of activity around you and.... dozing/sleeping?

am I right in thinking it's a very positive sign?

1 you're taking a different posture than everyone else in the room who are mostly all standing. this is distinguishing.

2. you're showing that you're extremely comfortable around crowds. you're confident nobody is going to come up, jump all over you, bug you, etc. etc.

I feel out of place judging as I am so new but I believe it depends on the location.

At an education campus - Stressed, hard working.
Beach - Relaxed, Carefree.
Park , Street, Mall, City - Homeless

Lying down and dozing doesn't leave much room to interact with women and blocks them out.

This is actually a good exercise in understanding and resisting social pressure.

I often make a mission for my guys to get them to go against the grain every so often. Part of the Nice Guy syndrome is that we tend to avoid disapproval.

Of course we're all evolutionarily conditioned to go with the herd, but leaders know how to steer that herd and sometimes work in different directions.

Many times we also work our butts off to avoid standing out in any way. Nothing will make you more average and discontent than remaining behind the door of your own potential and ambitions.
