"Looks Don't Matter" ... I don't think so.

I have been working as a Cashier at a grocery store for over a year now. I have seen many beautiful girls walk through the store and even rang up many of their orders. The people who teach the PUA material claim that "looks don't matter", that you don't need good looks to pick up an attractive woman. Looks only "speed up" the process of attraction.

However, what I have seen during my time working at the grocery store contradicts this statement. Not ONCE have I seen even a moderately attractive girl with a guy who was overweight, old, something wrong with his teeth, receding hair line, etc. However, I have seen many beautiful girls with guys who look like they came straight from a fitness magazine or an Abercrombie & Fitch poster. Or they at least looked moderately fit, and not underweight or obese. But NOT ONCE have I seen beautiful girls with men who I would consider unattractive, but I have seen many unattractive girls with unattractive men. Even as heterosexual men, I'm sure we at least have a general idea of how good looking another man is.

If you guys claim the statement that "Looks do not matter" is true, then could someone explain why I have worked as a cashier for over a year and never seen something to confirm that statement? I am almost 100% sure that I have not made biased observations.

Maybe cause the guys with 'GAME' are not grocery shopping with their women.

LOL bill that was a great comeback. i will put my 2 cents here, looks give you a step forward IMHO, but its not like good looks will get you any girl if you have zero game. you need game to compliment the looks.

In all seriousness - I (personally) would rather be normal looking with mad game, than great looking with normal game.

So let me ask you this - what if you were BAD looking, but you had awesome game? Say you had some teeth missing, maybe a lot of acne, and you were either 50 pounds underweight or overweight, but you still had the knowledge of an expert pick-up artist. Do you think you'd still be able to pull lots of attractive women?

On a side note, that was a pretty cool one-liner earlier. xD

Missing teeth - I would get them fixed.
Lots of acne - Again, I would work to clear that up.
Underweight - Eat more protein/carbs and hit the gym.
Overweight - Eat more protein, hit the gym.

Then YES, I would pull very attractive women with my game.

I would be my best self and not use things I CAN change as an excuse.
Things that I can NOT change, I would not worry about.

I got lots of acne, but I don't care about it. (Or ofcourse I care, but I don't let it disturb me. )

For example I had my one of my best games when "I looked sh1t.". I had unshaven beard, a lot of acne and I even had huge price tag on my shirt. (I noticed the price tag next day.) I wasn't prepared for any kind of pickup-action.

You should care about. Like Bill said you want to be your best self. Go to the doctor and ask for minomycin. (An antibiotic). Avoid crisps and chocolate. In fact avoid all processed food. Look into diet. The Zone diet is good.
