Being an alpha male while moving

Okay, i can be a great alpha male when we are all standing still talking. But i have a LOT of problems when we start walking, i consider this the weakest part of my game so i need some serious help.

chest up, shoulders back, looking at the eyes, never looking into the floor walking with presence.

Helpful, but there is even more. I'm only in high school and a lot of the times when we are moving people (ESPECIALLY the girls in the group) will run ahead or something, leaving me either to run after them, or to just walk behind. What can i do in this situation? Sometimes i call them out on leaving me which seems to work okay, but i need something more full proof.

Don't run after women, it's low social behavior.

The key to alpha behavior is to act according to your needs and plan - and let other people come along for the ride.

Don't modify your behavior for other people. This indicates that you're seeking approval and trying too hard.

You can MORPH a bit, but don't suck up - in words or action.

How we(the alpha men) walk?

#1 - When you walk,move your shoulders.If you don't do it,you'll look like a man with low self-confidence, and yet if you overdo it,you'll look like a punk.

#2 - Your back plays the key role.Keep it straight.

#3 - The arms have only a partial movement.You move the upper arm,NEVER the lower arms.

#4 - The Legs. Walk like you own the world.


And remember guys,the way you walk is the nonverbal 'talking' to your surroundings.

Do you wanna look like a badass alpha guy, or a lousy nice guy?

It's your choice.

I have been practicing this, now when i walk through the hallways at school all eyes are on me, its just a matter of making eye contact with a girl and you instantly generate attraction.
