New Personal Sticking Point - How to advance past initial intro and attraction.

Hey Guys.

I've been playing with inner game for awhile now and changed quite a bit from what I was. Now I love public speaking, joined toastmasters..etc. I am NOT shy. I can talk with anyone anywhere. They may not want to talk to me, or might not like what I talk about (usually something related to them, and observation..etc) but that's OK. I get comments on my voice all the time. People tell me I should have a radio show. I make solid eye contact and usually wait until she breaks it first. That can be quite fun. I KNOW when they like me and when they dont.

Here is my problem. I don't know how to advance beyond the initial stages of attraction and into deeper conversation. I can flirt nonverbally, Introduce with confidence, start keno..etc. However when it comes time to move along in the conversation I am DONE and go nowhere. I have a hard time talking about something that is non intellectual. If I could just jump in with a girl and start talking about male female relations, psychology, politics, the store we are in, I would be gold. But I cant.

How do I solve this? Any resources?

I suspect this is related to my previous problem where I used to SWEAR I needed a logical reason to Talk To A Girl or ask her out. Like I needed to help her, or finish a project vs just wanting to get to know her. I need to turn off the damn logic.

Use humor, life is full of ridiculous details and behaviours, exagerate, create funny scenários from real life situations, i always try to have an humoristic eye for day to day life, after a while it comes natural, and then go from there to other topics like psychology or whatever, just be sure the conversation dont go too boring and heavy. Girls like a funny guy but they dont want to date a clown as well. They like to change ideas and visions and opinions, they have opinions about everything, even completly dumb opinions. If you need a logical reason, think that s3x it's the most logical thing you can be after. s3x drive is a great logical reason to go and talk whatever, just remenber the humor, then jump from topic to topic as you want. Speak your mind. Hope it help's.

Keep in mind you only wantto talk enough ti get her talking. Once age is running her mouth about something just fall in line with it. If she isn't opening up there might be other issues. Or if she is just shy get on a topic you are passionate about and confident with.

I suspect my issue comes from "oh well, she likes me. What do I do now". It's almost as if I'm not comfortable with Sexual Tension on the inside. I will resolve this in short order. I would know she's into it but still not progress.


How can I come up with things to talk about without lowering my value? Obviously I have to keep compliments to a minimum, and I should not ask too many questions. I could say "Oh, making some omelets" to a chick buying eggs. Or something. I'd like to minimize DLVs as another project.
