Advice on a girl

I've been working on a girl who I'm 99.9% sure is a social butterfly (no not a playette crob :P). I have been getting a lot of IOIs when I act like she is a hb1, not an hb10 (holy sh1t she is hot).

One of the things I did today is on the way inside from lunch offcampus she was sitting down listening to this group who was having a concert outside the school, it was fiesta-type music, even though i dont know how to dance to it i asked her to dance and she got up to dance with me. We went to the middle of the area and she told me she had no idea how to dance to it and i said we would learn together, i span her around a few times and told her she wasnt good enough for me and i went and set down.

3 minutes later i got up again and approached a girl who i got to teach me how to dance, the girl i approached was over to the far right of the other girl, who actually got out of her seat to watch me. After this girl and me danced i thanked her and went and sat down again, the first girl ran over to me after about 3 minutes and sat next to me holding my hand, i asked her if she was going to come back and try to impress me with her dance skills and she said no. After this i just kind of acted like i wasn't that interested in her and when her friend called her to ask her to meet up she was super reluctant to go.

So i know what works on this girl, jealousy and giving her very little interest. What i need to do now is try and bring it to the next level, i know i was getting crazy IOI's but with this type of girl who do i go for the kclose! I have been thinking i should just do it kind of randomly, when she gives me a pretty big IOI, and see what happens. The other option is do some cold reading and then build up Sexual Tension more then it already is... I'm feeling option one because i think she is that type of girl, what does everyone else think?

Note: this girl is probably the hottest girl at my school (2,500 people), nearly every single guy is or has chased after her.
Also i kind of dropped my contact with her after a mistake i made about 2 months ago that got me stuck in the friend zone, coming back with a different approach to her now.

Built a lot of Comfort with her but not enough Sexual Tension, going to do that this friday when she is coming over (and possibly staying the night)

In other news another girl i have been gaming just broke up with her bf for me.

I started talking to a girl through a mutual friend on facebook. She is a 6 blonde. She works at the hosptal on the island. We talked on fb for about a good three weeks with no success of getting a date due to work and conflicting schedules. When finally on Tuesday she invites me out to dinner which I had to decline from. Shortly afterward she messaged me her number without me asking. I then waited to call her till Thursday. When I finally called her I invited her to bring a friend and I a friend and we hang out at Ameican Village (an amusement area on the island). She said that she was unure of being able to accept this invitation because she was switching wards on Friday and unsure that she would be working on Saturday and apoligized saying she really wanted to hang out with me. So I replied, "It's all good just call me and let me know wether you can make it or not." She said that she would call when she found out. Is this a good sign or a bad sign?

its defintely a good thing. big ioi because she is trying to find ways to see you. one of these times you need to go out of your way to see her. That wont seem needy or clingy because you have both declined on each other. So by going out of your way you get to see her and hang out. As far as conducting a great first date i would look at one of bill prestons post about the first date blueprint.
