So i'm meeting women in day or at work. Teasing, Playful, still can't close. How?

So,

I'm meeting women in the daytime, taking, teasing, getting them laguhing. Sometimes I do a little cocky funny, sometimes not. I prefer it as a "spice" rather than the whole of my content. I do like serious talk too.

Anyhow, How do i close?

After 5-10-15 minutes of BS, I cant just come down to close? How do I make the transition to close?

Also if I were to qualify during this time? How do I do it?

If I am dealing with a shy girl who looks at me for a second then looks down, how to I open her? "Why so shy?" or "Oh cute...she likes me"?

first off, 15 mintues is kind of long. i mean i keep it under 10. cause even though you can BS the entire time their attraction starts to come down. the way you transition to close is by using ur false time constraint that you mentioned. "ok well i do have to go meet my friends, but you seem really cool and we should continue this conversation another time. (pull out your phone hand it to her and ask her to put in her number).
To qualify her you just have to be talking to her and getting to know her and then qualify some of the things she says. like lets say your being fun and you decide to use a future projection. "ok i was just thinking, if you could go anywhere in the world right now. where would we be going and why" this will show you how spontaneous and adventurous there are. even if its not very interesting (like if they say a state or home town) you just say "wow thats really spontaneous/adventurous of you. lots of people these days just forget sometimes we need to just have some natural fun and just go somewhere sometimes just cause you need to.
