So I met this girl weeks ago, gamed her, didn't close, saw her again today at event..

So I met this girl week ago at a BBQ. I gamed her, did routines combined with making my own stories and elements from my life as well.

I saw her again today when I went out with some friends (she was around). I greeted everyone, watched the movie, played a boardgame, and made small talk with NO ONE. Later we went on a walk and she made it a point to walk by me for a couple minutes and I said NOTHING to her.

I just couldn't get out of my head. "What do I say", "I have nothing to say". People were talking about stories with their brothers and sisters and other friends. I have no siblings and hung out with freaking retired people in High School. grrrr..

What should I have said? Where do I pickup in game? I feel like I need to Start game, Mid Game, and close her. I can't pause and resume.

You might hve blown your chance here. She obviously wanted to talk to you and you didn't. Makes you look very beta and AFC.

Next time you see here you have to be the life if the party. Be the leader if the group she will see that and be drawn to the strength. Hope you get another shot at her...

It got worse when I was walking alone during part of the walk.

Well, ok. But on the plus side my phone was rung like 4 times during the event and I had to step outside to answer...ehh..

Oh, how bad of a dlv is it to say "I'm an only that hung out with lots of older people when I was younger". I just don't have any of the me and my sister stories.

maybe your trying too hard to Number Close. Dont have expectations. Just practice being comfortable in sets first which means practice getting rejected. Once the intesity of the fear of getting rejected or number closing is not as bad as when you started, it will become easier to transition to talking about anything... midgets, unicorns, how one color of her eyes is darker than the other one; anything.

It depends how you tell the story dude. If you make it a story about how you spent a lot of time with old people cause you did volunteer work for some local charity and focused on you education at the same time it makes you look like someone who can take care of her, and someone who is goal oriented cause you focused hard on school so you could get into a good college and get a good job… its all about how you spin it.

My suggestion, get out and go do some crazy stuff. I always tell people to go skydiving. Go rock climbing, hike into the woods for a week and get your self lost, whatever just do something different then what you normally do and build some stories and enjoy your life. That’s how you build dhv stories

We've been talking on facebook. I write her, she writes me back a couple days later, i write her a couple days later..etc.

I think i may say sorry for being so rude Saturday, A crazy stressful day turned into a crazy stressful week. I had alot going on and just needed quiet time.

My phone was ringing off the hook that day, and I can tell a nice story about a free trip to LA (which did happen, just not then)

NO to this. Let it go to the moon, it's done and over with and bringing it up again will only make you seem desperate. Either move on to the next target, or tell her about a party coming up, and make sure you a) talk to everybody but her most of the time, and b) are the life of the party(but not drunk )

Sure, no reason to stop talking to her on facebook. I'm assuming these wall posts are just friendly and innocuous. But you never want to completely burn a bridge(unless she realllly deserves it).

And yeah, move on the next target. The odds of HER being the "one" are pretty astronomical anyways, so don't hung up on her. Just learn from your mistakes.
