So I have two sticking points thus far when dealing with women. My first one is to transition from the Opener to a regular conversation. My other is going for the number. I had two girls yesterday whom I had great chemistry and conversation with but didn't try for the number. When do you guys go for the number and how do u go about it?

I always go for minimum k-close and then if they are not up for more get the number.. In a normal way something like: it's late I have to get home, can I get your number? I did this to a girl and you won't believe what I got as a birthday gift

But in a 2 set say something like: I'm really enjoying myself right now, we should exchange numbers and meet up this friday (day) for something..

actually i have seen lots of guys go for a girls number only at the end. i mean that not bad but cause thats when it usually happens she will probably be thinking about it and you might sometimes get LMR if the convo wasnt that good. sometimes its not bad to just ask for a number after a couple laughs. just say something like "hey you seem really cool. can i get ur number and ill invite you to the club or blah blah blah somenight" and then continue the convo. just cause you get the number doesnt mean leave the set. sometimes that actually hurts you cause it makes it seem like her number was your goal. make it seem like its cool you guys can keep it touch and chill some other day. never make any of ur sets seem like you had a goal.

Crobinson is right. You have to keep in mind of the end goal of the whole deal. Do you want JUST her number, or do you want to actually do something with it?

In the grand scheme of things, the number isn't actually a very important part, but the bridge you need to do other activities with her.

So, you need to convey yourself as a fun guy to be around, and actually have a logistical game plan of what you want to do. Do you have a club or party you want to meet her at? Do you know of a great resteraunt in town? Did you guys mention a cool movie that just game out? Keep that all in mind, and simply invite her along.

If she says yes to a second interaction with you, then of course the number comes along. It's common sense, and just flows into the end of the interaction.

Remember, it's not the number the counts, it's what you're going to do with it.

Her response was initially ok Then went to "well lets communicate via facebook cuz I get caught thru txt." I was like what does that mean? hahaha baggage? lmao
