Can't get out too often. Tips to keep from fading?

As I'm writing this, I have a few circumstances that are keeping me from going out to the nightlife (whatever central PA has that is, lol) and improving.

I recently got back from Germany which helped A LOT with my confidence with women, I'll put that in another post however. Anyways, I also just graduated from college and have now entered the real world and want to become a PUA. The problem here is that my time right now is VERY tied up. I'm looking for jobs all up and down the east coast at the moment and have not had the time to go out and really see what i can do with women. Reasons being time as stated, and money.

I'm sure that I'm not the first one on this site to face this situation. So for everyone else that's been here, how did you go out and improve with a tight budget and not much free time?
