Big boy with big problems

So my homie has been talkin to this girl at his work. They been knowin each other for like two years and he's stuck in the friendzone. She knows he wants "hit it" and It seems she might be willing. Well he's got kind of a low self esteem and not very confident with his looks. I tell him just go for it and quit worring bout if he gets rejected. He needs some help to close the deal. He just doesn't know what to say. They hang out often and smoke out, so there's plenty of opportunity. Help me, help him. Any input about how he can talk her out of her pants would be great.

Well he has had 2 years to go for it and he hasn't so I can almost guarantee he would get rejected. Attraction us a funny thing you have to strike when the iron is hot or your going to get shut down. So only way to push through this is to rebuild that attraction.

He needs to separate himself from her. Don't hang out with her don't talk to her total Freeze Out for a while. Then he needs to go out reframe himself into a more alpha guy that us fun attractive and different. Then and only then can he go back reengage and build the attraction again. Then when it's at a high point work for a close.

What tcomea2 said. Although, your friend has to be the one to make the decision to change his ways. I have a friend who was in much the same situation. I'd try to give him advice from time to time, or help toss him a girl when we were together, but he always dropped the ball. When I would talk to him, he would just say, "Yah, I know all that, but (excuse X)."

I finally gave up on him. Then about a month ago, he ran into a couple new coworkers who were hot, and HE decided that he was willing to learn. HE came to me and asked for help. I told him that I was happy to help him, but I wasn't going to invest time into him unless he was willing to really put the stuff into practice. Fast-forward two weeks, to last week. He just farked the chick he liked better of the two, and he already has her trying to set up a threesome with the other chick at work that he likes and she knows.

If you want specific help on specific issues just ask, or if the "friend" really is you. However, they/you have to decide how bad they really want to work and be willing to drop the ego (remember the Ego boost you get from picking up the woman of your desire far outweighs the temporary embarrassment at bombing out or having to ask for help).

Well I know he wants "fark" her lol. He tells me all the damn time. But like I said he's got no experience with girls. At least any believable experiences. All he has is stories, no proof. But anyways, they talk about sex and all that stuff. He just doesn't know how or when to make his move. He has plenty of opportunity so I know it possible for him to make it happen. I'm just at a loss on what to tell him to try or say. And its my bud not me. I got plenty of action going my way lmao. He just needs some advice and Idk what to tell him.

Your response shows that he has an ego problem, otherwise he wouldn't be making up all these stories about chicks he's farked. If you really want to help him, and you think he really wants your help, I would suggest trying to help him get the chick invited over to his place for an evening with his friends. Have him get her number and tell her that she is welcome to bring a friend as well. Then you help him by sitting with him and helping him txt game her and build enough attraction to get her to show up.

Then either bring some girls yourself, or show up at the friends house for the "party" and make some excuse for why there is no one else. Then wing for you friend. Give him some general pointers, and then do your best to help set him up. You can keep the conversation flowing and help build Comfort. You can also dhv him. When she goes to the bathroom and such, you can give him help.

Definitely sounds like a good idea. And he's definitely willing to take advice. So I'll work on it and keep yall updated soon...
