If you want girls to approach you, then the best way is what I call "non-verbal game" which I've pretty much pioneered from the ground up.
Firstly don't expect girls will jump on you for no reason, you have to understand it's even harder for girls to approach guys so you need to invest in her first before she will do the same back and the easiest way to do this is displaying sexual intent. Hold eye contact, wink, wave, poke your tongue out get her attention, show her that you like her and its safe for her to approach. Also if she reacts well you know yourself that it's safe to approach. Make sure your proximity to her is close, you can expect a girl to eye fark the sh1t out of you from across the room but unless you're close its not likely she will approach. Be willing to approach her if she doesn't you and the best part is because you've already got her undivided attention you can easily open with a genuine compliment, situational Opener or even with a simple "hi" and she will want to find out more about you. Most of all, don't forget to have fun!
