Girl at work, please help

Hi,

I am relatively knew to the game, but I have been reading the forum and The Game. I am in college right now and there is a girl I work with who sits across from me in the office. We occasionally talk (mostly about school and accounting jobs that we are trying to apply too). How do I create a deeper connection with her? It seems like a lot of people you meet in college are very casual. Other than at work or class, you do not seem to hang out with them much, or have a good excuse too without coming off as I am asking her out. She might get a little weirded out since we are not that close yet. How do I stand out in her mind, and get prehaps get her as my girlfriend. She is really busy this quarter with job apps and working in the dorms so I don't want to push anything especially if it is a bad time. But still I need help on how to move things forward. You are all more experienced than I am. Thank you

be cocky funny towards her as much as possible, stay away from the boring topics. at night come up with fun things to talk to her about. get her opinion on issues about women or sex, etc....

after you have built up a little bit of Comfort, attraction and Kino....come up with something fun to do and invite her along. cant get anywhere unless you ask. and if she says no, she will make up an excuse so it wont be uncomfortable.
