Huge Problem, what to say

So yesterday, and this has happened to me very frequently and is something I desperately need help with, I had erectile dysfunction again. I am only 20 years old.

I go to college on a closed campus of about 4000-5000 people so I dont want to say anything ridiculoust hat she gets to tell all of her sorority friends. I was thinking something like "Apologies for last night.."

I need to say something clever while still conveying confidence...Any help or ideas of what to say? Itll be through text message...
