Any advice on becoming more alpha

I wanna try to become the alpha male in my group of friends. I'd say that right now me and my other 3 best friends are all equal in terms of alpha-ness (is that a word?). But for spring break this year we're all going to Cancun together and we'll most likely be having a competition of who can pull the most HB's. Anything u guys can or do recommend on becoming more alpha?

Your probably too young for it to be an issue but as you get older whoever has the most money is the alpha plain and simple. Spend more time on getting a good job instead of getting laid and youll naturally get laid more often.

Be physical and talk loud and slow, touch both men and women, be excited about stuff that interests you.

I think the most common mistake people in this community make is they try to act and convey being an alpha male. When you do this your merely playing alpha male.

If you've ever heard of the enneagram personality system you would realize, regardless if its dead on or not, that everyone has a certain system of insecurities. The more they defeat them the more they become their true self. To be "alpha" you must learn to defeat yourself. Your own fears are what limit you. Fears could even be pride or ego. What you need to do is watch for what your body is telling you to do. Decide if on some level if this could be because of the program which you have, if it is defeat it. Always defeat. Any other route is for wannabe's.

I agree with herb-ed in defeating yourself, to clear up insecurities in your own self. But, there is a bit a truth in that other people will try to bring you down, and you can choose what bothers you and what doesn't. I like the quote, don't remember where i got it from but it goes :
