ok jail bait is when the girl isnt legal...under the age of 18, if reported and your over the age of 18 you can do time for statutory rape..so I was gaming this girl and she lied about her age,I game her so far that she was in her bed with nothing but her bra and panties but before I went to her room I talked to her sister tired to get her sister to join ...didnt go so well, so I asked her how old my target was and she told me she just turned 17.. as I looked in the room my mouth watered and in my head I said "go home go home home" so I left her...... what would you have done? and is there anyway to prevent this?

i woulda went home too, however i have done that but the chick was turning 18 the next day...in my opinion the laws wrong (dont get me wrong i do have moral standards) but if a girl can drive a car aka a deadly weapon she should be able to know what shes doing when it comes to whether or not she wants to have sex, my opinion.

best way i know of preventing this is to ask her age and if she lies she lies cant help it. you could turn it into a type of game tho. BE like oh man, i just seen this crazy thing at work today or at school or make something up, and then be like let me see your id i forgot mine at home or something, get her to show you her id and be like check this out! (at the bottom of a ny id the expiration date is always the birthday) and then you could be like did you chalk this and get a cheap laugh while your at it

It's extremely rare that this happens. If you're looking for an SNL, sure, but come on, if you even get to know the girl slightly you'll figure out her age. We don't need to live in perpetual fear, just use common sense.
