Is it ok to show interest in a women? I know that a PUA never tells them they are interested, but is it ok to have body language that says "Hey, i like you so I am going to capture you!"?

Yeah, you need to telegraph some kind of interest or you'll slide comfortably into the friend zone. The key is to flirt - that's how you show interest. And I am very upfront about my desire, I want her to feel my desire, but I'm not creepy about it. She wants to be desired by me, and when I establish that she does, I certainly don't hide it.

There is a difference between being needy and weird and creepy and desiring a girl and communicating it in an attractive way. The way to communicate it is the flirt, to take her out and have fun, and to escalate rightly.
