Rural area

I currently live in a rural area. Not the boondocks, but a very small pond of fish. I am not too much in the bar scene, especially where everybody know each other and is into that gossip crap. I was thinking about the Internet, but the local selection is strongly limited and really sucks. Seriously, I am not too picky, but I don't want to be stuck with an ugly fattie and raise/pay for her 12 previous children. I know that I could go fishing in a bigger lake. Do you see another (better) solution, if I wanna find HB locally?
