3-Safety/shelter. Chicks need a man that makes them feel safe.. to ward of danger in times of trouble.. this has been in human history for years and years. The man goes to war and the women stays home. So being buff is a plus because it encodes into her DNA that you can protect her from harms way.
But that doesn't mean being a tool bag, you can still be yourself and have fun. Be honest and also speak from your heart/soul. Those two mixed together are a yin-yang combo if you will. Gets her attracted and her heart at the same time!
