Steve, in "pandora's box" case, it'll be very counterproductive to run the printer on a larger scale.
The production quality of the videos are mediocre at best. Just about anybody with a decent video camera could pull that off much better and more easily. Indeed, it's not about the quality, it's about the information, but sometimes my ears bleed from the horrendous production, not to mention the amateurish video slides. I mean, come on.
Keeping them online instead of physical disks and soft/hardback paper books is much more profitable.
Server costs are much lower than multiplication of DVD's and printing books, not to speak of the value of the instant download, hence it's much more convenient for both the buyer and the seller.
If you have to put it on hardback cover, you'd have to risk the fact that you may not sell the amount needed to turn to profit and therefore have a lot of copies left in stock which you have to sell for a ridiculously low price, inconvenient for the seller.
While they MAY actually discontinue it, they'll discontinue THIS version with a new updated one, which will cost more, probably
